可想而知，不同的語言有不同的「顏色」用詞。但是學者所感興趣的並不是那些字面上的單純翻譯詞，而是究竟哪些顏色該被命名。因為儘管我們總認為顏色分成多種類別，但它實則是一個光譜。我們很難去解釋究竟為何我們應該為這個顏色命名，而非那個顏色。

前陣子因為我英文不夠好，沒辦法幫上另一半拿澳洲PR，所以被提分手了，即使我表明我願意跟他一起在澳洲努力，也可以自己工作，負擔自己經濟並且多少幫助他經濟，但他還是覺得我們不適合，他想找個可以幫助他的人，所以還是分開了。因此有一段時間很討厭接觸英文，在還沒分開之前我都很有動力，為了要更配得上他所以我很努力讓自己英文變好，但被分手後覺得都是因為英文，所以反而變得很討厭英文…經過一段時間調適，現在又慢慢努力重新找回愛英文的自己。
