昨天晚上12點多終於回到台灣了!這幾天在日本每天都睡4、5個小時真的超累啊XD 先來跟大家分享一下合掌村的照片~還很lucky的碰到下雪呢:P (出去玩真的好難每天錄音阿!只有堅持第一天XDD

上課總是很難不度估的青少年朋友們,國家睡眠基金會的睡眠專家們嘎哩站作伙啦!他們表示你內在的生理時鐘,會讓你在傍晚後保持清醒,所以一大早的課就會讓你想度估!(誰叫你要選八點的課,夜衝完起不來怪我囉?)

怪不得我就算早一晚睡足八小時第二天早上上課或溫習也會覺睏(不過能夠睡飽的日子其實不多TAT 熊貓眼沒救了),還有難怪我在晚上溫習會較容易專注
