謝謝大家昨天對我的祝福！ 昨天告別了40至50歲前的前半段，今天開使後5年的日子.昨天的影片真的讓我有些感觸.活到這把年紀真的說有什麼成就可以拿出來讓自己引以為傲的事我真的想不出來（獨自把女兒扶養長大算是吧？）但值得慶幸的事是從未生什麼大病，家人平安，女兒也快滿18沒什麼讓我好操煩.只希望未來五年內自己還是能夠不斷的精進充實自己，培養更多的興趣，讓自己的生命活得更精彩，就如同今天Kristi所說的生命的精髓就是做自己想做的事.Thank you everyone again! God bless you!

從海洋潮汐到心律跳動，節奏，基本上就是一件隨時間不斷規律重複的事件，甚至鐘錶的滴答聲本身也是一種節奏。但對音樂節奏來說，就不只是穩定、規律重複的節拍而已了。

音樂本身也是一種語言，所以有音高、有節拍、有和弦等等，這些東西的變化才能造就出美妙的音樂～
背景音樂是交響曲之父海頓的第101號交響曲"時鐘"的第二樂章，之所以被稱作"時鐘"，主要就是因為低音部的伴奏聽起來節拍規律，就像時鐘滴答聲一樣而得名。 :)
