成人建議量:「低脂」乳品:1.5~2份/天
=低脂牛奶360~480c.c/day (牛奶一杯=240c.c.)
=低脂起司3~4片
藥物有安全劑量範圍,食物當然也不例外呀~
每樣食物有益身體健康的攝取量都不同哦!就算是水,喝過量也是會造成水中毒的~只是造成身體傷害的那個量比牛奶大很多就是了。
牛奶的建議量在上面有列出來了,所以如果你每天把牛奶當水喝,每天喝2公升牛奶(建議量的8倍)還能身強體壯,這樣你可能上輩子是牛,這輩子超級牛XD或是因為還沒跌倒所以不曉得自己已經骨質疏鬆了,否則長期下來應當糖尿病上身(攝取量乳糖造成胰島素抗性)、骨質疏鬆(攝取過量的蛋白質會造成鈣質流失)。至於過敏和氣喘要看個人體質,最後,會不會導致癌症嘛…造成癌症的因子實在是太多了,實在不好說。
簡單來說,一切都是「量」的問題啊~不管是甚麼東西,過量都會對身體造成傷害。
各位不用太害怕!以後不要再被媒體的危言聳聽嚇到了!當然,要相信誰就是您的選擇囉~
