嗯~你的腦袋並沒有辦法判定哪些類型的資訊是以後用得到的,所以它有各式各樣的標準來決定該保留哪些記憶。首先,你的大腦非常善於察覺「慣用模式」,舉凡是對重複性的事件、影像、聲音和體驗等,大腦都會加以檢驗,來決定其是否值得被記住或是該被淡忘。
