反正，你究竟怎麼去改變環境並不重要，只要是你改變了你所能變的。儘管傳統上是建議我們固定不變，但談到學習，我們要固定的是「一致性」地持續進行，而不是固定「改變」這件事。(基本上影片的意思就是：改變環境比起固定在同樣的環境裡學習更有效，你必須要固定的事就是"一直持續"的學習)
