與美國較不一樣的是，德國對房產擁有者並沒有任何租稅優惠，而且法律對租屋者也較有利。而2015年這突如其來的難民潮，想必對德國人民的日常生活無疑地必定會因其有所轉變。然而，德國這慷慨接納難民的做法也不是沒有遭受批評。

1 . incentive 刺激

incentive [ɪnˋsɛntɪv] (n.) 刺激、誘因
Normally, I think people would need more incentive to involve in your program.

2 . favor 喜好

favor [ˋfevɚ] (n.) 喜好
in favor of 對某人有利
