應眾人的要求，這是我的「繪畫人生」

Well it all started out pretty bad.

一切的開始很糟

As a baby, I lost Mum and Dad.

當我還是嬰兒時便失去了父母

See, the Dark Lord called Voldemort wanted me dead or I'd grow up to kill him instead.

你看，有個黑魔王叫佛地魔想殺我，若不這樣，我長大便會殺了他

So he came to our hideout one night.

And my parents put up quite a fight.

我父母和他奮戰

But it all was in vain, both my parents were slain.

但一切都徒勞無功，他們倆被殺了

Then he came up to me, just a baby alone.

And he didn't foresee, well he couldn't have known!

That his magic would fail and destroy him instead

While the baby'd prevail with a scar on his head

I moved in with my uncle and aunt

Who would keep me all skinny and gaunt

I was put in closet right under the stairs

They were mean, but deep down, they were scared

Then when I turned eleven years old

On a night with a wind blowing cold

The front door was smashed down, by a man dressed in brown

Hagrid came up to me, with a letter in hand

What?! A letter for me? I just can't understand!

"Oh, well didn't you know? You're a wizard Harry!"

And from that little moment on I would be free

從那一刻起，我即將自由了

And oh what a life it's been

噢！這就是人生

Now began the best years that I've had

現在開始講我人生中最棒的幾年

Though I often was naughty and bad

雖然我經常很調皮且品行不良

I would break every law, yes it's clear

我打破了許多規則，是的，這非常清楚

I can solemnly swear I was up to no good.

我發誓當時我不懷好意

I met two of my best friends for life

我遇到一生中最好的兩個朋友

And who knew?! Now they're husband and wife

誰知道呢？！他們倆現在是夫妻

I played Quidditch on brooms, we explored secret rooms

我騎著掃把玩魁地奇，我們在密室裡探險

Learned as much as we possibly could

盡我們所能的學習

There were so many things to be done

還有許多沒做的事

Though they weren't always jolly and fun

雖然那些事並不總是有趣好玩

At the end of each year, the Dark Lord would appear

每年年底，那個黑魔王將會出現

and attempt to regain all his might

企圖奪回他的能力

Through a Sorcerers Stone, or a book

透過魔法石，或一本書

He kept going, whatever it took

他奮力不懈，不論用甚麼方法

When the Goblet of Fire worked just as desired

當火盃正如期望燃起時

He finally came back to the light!

最後他終於回來了！

Then we fought to the end

我們奮戰到最後

I lost so many friends

我失去了許多朋友

They were all so much braver than me

他們都比我還勇敢

But I did what I could, I stood up for the good

但我盡我所能，為對的事挺身而出

And fulfilled the prophecy

且實現了那個預言

Then I married the girl of my dreams

然後我娶了心儀的女孩

I think we make an excellent team

我想我們組成了一個很棒的家庭

We are raising our three darling children

我們養了三個可愛的孩子

that we named for people we loved and we lost

以我們愛及逝去的人來為他們命名

Now I often look back on those years

現在我經常回首那些年

With a smile, but also with tears

伴隨笑容，也伴隨眼淚

Though I'm sure that the future will bring something new

雖然我很確定未來會有新的事發生

A new evil to fight, a new story to tell

要對抗新的壞蛋，有新的故事要說

Ten more chapters to write, and more novels to sell

有十幾個章節要寫，有許多的小說要賣

Ten more movies to make, and more theme parks to build

有十幾個電影要拍，有更多的主題公園要蓋

Crazy records to break, the whole world will be thrilled!

有許多瘋狂的紀錄要打破，整個世界都為之激動
