Israel has carried out a large scale surprise attack against Iran's nuclear facilities, but also targeted top military leaders in the country.

Israel has imposed a a a limited state of emergency, telling people to follow state orders to stay inside as it braces for a potential immediate missile or a drone strike from Iran or one of its allies in the region.
