Jenny's script!
Intro:
Hi guys, welcome back! You know, a lot of people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, If that’s the case, then it is probably a good idea to use healthy and fresh ingredients when preparing it. However, some popular breakfast foods such as cornflakes, sausages, or bacon are not so good for us, as they are packed with sugar, salt, and other unhealthy ingredients. We talked about how good grilled cheese sandwiches are just last week, but actually, too much bread and cheese is not too good for us, either. Sure, these foods are super easy to find, they’re filling and really tasty. But in the long run, they might cause complications to our health. It’s no wonder then that more and more people are looking for other healthy alternatives. One good option is having more fruits and vegetables instead. However, preparing salads, chopping up vegetables and fruit can be time-consuming. Many of us need to leave the house quickly in the morning and don’t have the time to prepare a healthy breakfast. One solution would be to prepare the fruit beforehand, freeze them, and then juice them in the morning. This way we can enjoy a quick but healthy and tasty breakfast. If you want to learn some healthy smoothie recipes, make sure you go watch the video, ok? But now, let’s move onto our sentence of the day:

Sentence:
So, once you've got these basic recipes down, you can add all sorts of things to them like protein powder or hemp seeds or chia seeds; any kind of greens, you can sneak those in. You won't even know they're there.
所以你一旦會製作基本的奶昔,你可以在裡面加入各種食材,像是蛋白粉、漢麻籽、奇亞籽,各種綠色蔬菜你都可以放進去,甚至不會嚐到它們的味道。

2. sort (n.) KK[sɔrt] IPA/sɔːrt/
種類,類型 a group of things that are of the same type or that share similar qualities

Outro:

So as we can see – there are many ways to prepare these healthy drinks. They are so easy to make and absolutely delicious. You can even buy packs of frozen fruit ready-to-go from the shops! It can be a fun activity to do with kids, and it will also encourage them to consume healthy foods in a creative way. Try changing the ingredients and experiment with new flavors. You can boost the nutrition levels by adding vegetables, nuts, and seeds.
Enjoy your smoothies and if you’ve managed to create any super tasty combinations, please share them with the rest of us!
Alright, guys, it’s time to say goodbye. Until next time, take care!

☺So, once you've got these basic recipes down, you can add all sorts of things to them like protein powder or hemp seeds or chia seeds; any kind of greens, you can sneak those in. You won't even know they're there.
