I am the kind of person who would remember something very well if I had strong feelings about it. So very likely to remember every argument that ever hurt my feelings. And I’ll remember every terrible comment people said to me. Sometimes I wish things were a little different. I want to only remember the good times. Today’s video might teach you how to do that!
