Here is a good video that helps you fall asleep just one minute, one minute, guys, if you often have hard time falling asleep, make sure to watch this video later. But before that, I will just show you one of the tips from the video that I found the most useful for falling asleep. Let’s go: Way No.2: Start to perform(v.執行) some tedious or monotonous work. For example, solving any folding(a.折疊的) puzzles(n.謎題), or reading any book and so on.

1. tedious [ˋtidɪəs] (adj.)= boring 單調乏味的，無趣的
This’s really a tedious job, all I have to do is just stamp the documents all day long.
