==> Transcript: I believe most of you have seen ‘One piece’ before. However, this isn’t merely([ˋmɪrlɪ]adv.僅僅) an animation([͵ænəˋmeʃən]n.動畫) for entertainment(n.娛樂), it also teaches us many lessons in life. And I think the main point that at ‘One piece’ to convey([kənˋve]v.傳達) is to stick to(堅持) your dream, no matter what it is. Just like the main characters(主角) in this animation, they all have their own dream which sounds crazy to others, but they never quit because of others’ opinions. As today’s sentence {says}: However crazy your dream is to others, don't quit. You want to be a pirate, so be it! Having a dream is simple, but courage is needed to follow through with it.

He finally quit smoking.
Some people said that smoking can relieve(v.減輕) stress but I suggest that there’re many other more healthy ways to relieve stress like exercising or meditating(靜坐), through these ways, you can not only relieve stress but also save money. One stone kill two birds(一石二鳥), right?

1-2. quite [kwaɪt] (adv.)完全，徹底
