*My answer to the critical thinking question is a bit idealistic. XD
And I think what has been done by Taiwan's government(the orderly way to pick up surgical masks) works nicely! (even though there were some complaints at the very beginning)
As time goes by, the system gets better and better! (besides the offline pick-up, the online registration is also a super helpful and effective system, especially for those who can't line up on time at the pharmacy.
