用負面的方式設立目標容易讓我們最後只學會了達不到目標的無助感,在經歷數次的失敗後就選擇放棄我們其實可以做得到的事。
【心得】期許新的一年可以學習成為更好的自我。方式就是建立適合自己的正負能事例清單,然後提醒自己去多製造正能、少製造負能。「正能」例如像是對人和顏悅色(家人也是人)、尊重每個人(自己也是人)、多說好話、隨手做環保、隨手之勞、買東西時可選擇購買義賣商品、小額捐款、愛護自己的健康(=減少病痛、維護生活品質=珍惜社會醫療資源)…等等。「負能」例如像是遷怒他人(家人也是人)、隨意批評人(自己也是人)、過度浪費、亂丟垃圾…等等。
如果越多人能夠多製造/傳遞「正能」,少製造/傳遞「負能」,整個大環境/自己/周遭的人就有越多正能量,越少負能量。我覺得只要有意識地提醒自己,有做就有進步,既然很需要正能量,就乾脆從自己先製造起吧!

來做一下 New Year Resolution
1.英文和西文繼續學(西文擺爛很久,老師在後面很火看著我)
2.工作越做越好,四個月就要過試用期,談客戶都能順利談到,我的人選都喜歡我介紹給他們的工作。
3.收支平衡,每個月至少要存下20%的薪水(雖然我覺得很難因為我剛換11)
4.和大家相處都很好,和大家都能維持很好的關係(雖然我北爛的個性不會改)
