Cross contamination (交叉污染）is a fancy name for when bacteria on a kitchen tool transfers to food via direct contact. In the culinary arts, two of the most common kitchen tools usually tend to be a knife or a cutting board(粘板）.

Make sure the white paint(白色顏料）is not contaminated by any other colors.

最近感冒不舒服 事情又多 但我還是一定完成口說挑戰喔....Hosts 每個人都有自己的特色, 但是本人記憶力不太好, 也覺得聽英文要聽懂影片內容對我自己來說是一大挑戰, 雖有進步, 但進步緩慢....沮喪中...
