Lactose intolerance 乳糖不耐症

People who are lactose intolerant can experience bloating(腫脹）,gassiness(充滿氣）, stomach pains, diarrhea(腹瀉）and constipation( 便秘）after they eat anything made out of milk.

It sadly took me many years before I realized I was lactose intolerant.
