- be scared or threatened by someone, to persuade someone to do something that you want them to do.
- Writing a cover letter can be a bit intimidating for some people.

- It means the information that you can see or read or hear that about someone or something
- The job description(JD) and your description of your skills have to match.
+ 職位描述和您對技能的描述必須匹配。

- A candidate is someone who is competing for something like a job, a position in the government or a college program.
- You always want to stand out as a candidate.

- Requirement is something that you must do or something you need. You don't always have to qualify for all of their requirements

I’m usually a bed potato for myself for the day. You may not hear bed potato cause I kind of made that word up.

When I’m a bed potato, I’m usually watching dramas, TV shows and YouTube videos that I missed out the week.

And on the other day, I usually meet up with my friends or our language exchange with someone.

Cover letter(CL):求職信；自我推薦函

Writing a cover letter can be a bit intimidating for some people.

The job description and your description of your skills have to match(符合）.

You always want to stand out (突出） as a candidate.

You don’t always have to qualify for (使⋯合格）all of their requirements.

Based on my own experience, I think it’s okay not to have enough years of working experience.

This usually it's the employer of the company the ideal amount of experience that someone has.

And I’m saying this is someone who is mostly required for a job as a starting level and not really as a manager and for sure not as the CEO or executive director.

And for those higher positions, you do wanna have
at least a few years of experience as they are looking for people who know how to manage others and work with multiple projects.

In English, there’s a saying: Fake it until you make it.

耶！我回來了~

#JD是雇主的標準期望版。求職者要先寄出履歷，才有機會敲開門，讓對方認識你，甚而知道你有其它能力，是他們沒想到、卻也許更適合這個職缺的條件。
