Today's video is definitely meant to me to watch because I used to have a really hard time following through my plan.

I always wanted to exercise regularly and develop a healthy eating habit but I never really did so and even when I ate a bunch of junk food, my body still manage to stay in good shape. Until last month, my health started to decline.

I started to have a serious cough. I started to have an endocrine (內分秘)disorder.

I feel weak and fatigued(我感到虛弱和疲勞的).

And most importantly, I've got really stressed about my health condition.

That was when I realized (那時我意識到) the importance of staying healthy and that I must change my diet and eat clean.

So I finally started to exercise every week and now I'm trying to eat unprocessed food(未加工的食品) for every meal.

Don't wait until it's too late.不要等到為時已晚。

Basically 類似像中文的"就是呀" "就是說呀"

Basically(那個呀~), it's raining outside. I don't think we can go hiking anymore.

The concept of beauty varies(因…而異) in different countries and cultures.

The company is starting to implement(實施) a new software system. They'll be some major changes(重大的改變).

It was never my intention to (我從沒打算; 也可說I never meant to ) exclude you from my party. I just thought you had other plans that day.

Their old apartment was still in great condition so they decided to turn it into a B&B(Bed and breakfast;民宿).

今天還是在醫院裡面錄音，因為小朋友昨天出生，老婆還在婦產科病房休養。

只是忽然想到，在Lovely出生前我開始錄口說，現在第二胎也出生了，再次在醫院錄音的感覺很奇妙。

家屬陪伴的那個小床真難睡，現在腰酸背痛中…
