*This is my favorite videos of the month! So glad that Michelle picked it as the challenge. I love the idea of self-awareness which is something being emphasized in yoga. I can say doing yoga is the pattern I used for keeping track of my emotions and body status.

Before we jump right into today’s topic, let’s talk about something I personally think is related, which is something called karma(因果）.

I’m not talking about the traditional Asian way of thinking type of karma（不是傳統亞洲思維那種的因果報應） like someone hit you in the past so you can hit them in the next life(下ㄧ世）. Not that kind of karma. Something else.

Did you ever notice that certain situations of lives will keep repeating themselves over and over again.

You try to stop it. For example, ending a relationship, cutting yourself out of a group（將自己從一群人中脫身）, putting yourself into a new environment, different places and different people.

Yet somehow those discouraging experiences and negative feelings still got you.然而不知怎麼地還是會被這種喪氣的經歷和負面感受給抓住（影響）

If you ever feel that way, here’s the way got caught, you’re stuck in a wheel of karma（你被困在因果/業力之輪）.

The thing is this karma repetition（因果循環） of events or experiences with the purpose to heal and change ourselves or spirituality(精神上的事,靈性）if you would like to call it.

These things will happen again and again until you discover the weak area of your personality or of your spirit or of your actions until you finally understand what you need to heal, learn or change yourself.

So how are you going to get out of this wheel of karma? According to this video, it all starts with self-awareness that is keeping in track of your feelings, finding the patterns and trying to work on it.
