雖說對大範圍性的研究而言，BMI (身體質量指數)是個很實用的測量標準，例如，比較美國各州人口的肥胖比率，但當你用它來衡量個人的健康時，反而會變得很有問題。
【心得】今年因為公司規定的(陽春型)健檢，養成了運動(配上罵髒話)的習慣，結果之前倒縮的身高都長回來了(其實還多了一咪咪)，BMI和體組成也都是正常值(好險，看來我身上的肥肉並不礙事)，雖然其他數值仍是有些紅字，不過應該沒有到危急狀態。看來為了維護我的身心靈健康，明年只能繼續罵髒話配運動了。
