12月到了
這也表示今年已經剩不到30天了
今年對我來說是轉折很大也蠻有意義的一年
除了決定要轉職這件事以外
也讓我省思在做決定的時候，並不能以二分法來看
有的時候增加一點彈性會發現自己其實多了很多選擇
雖然我並不喜歡國軍這份工作
但我必須說：如果是為了穩定的薪水，那真的是一個不錯的選擇
缺點則是族繁不及備載，最大的問題還是制度太僵化，造就人的思維也被匡著。
想當然耳，從小就一言九頂又讀政治系出身的我，對於國軍的組織文化肯定是看不下去的。
這也是我學到很重要的一課：很多時候，你提出問題不見得會被重視，因為有些時候只會解決發現問題的人。
但千萬不要絕望，因為有時候只是代表你跟錯老闆罷了；既然無法改變這個環境，那就改變自己吧。

另外我也發現運用時間和學習的重要性
其實發現裡面好多人都把時間浪費掉，對於學習也是很消極。
我其實覺得這樣很可惜，我認為，當自己懂得如何運用時間去做自己有興趣的事情還有不斷的學習，是不斷成長的動力。
或許也是因為這個氛圍，使我決心要離開。
當自己處在一個會下陷的沼澤中，即使再有本事，仍難逃被淹沒的後果。
也期許往後的日子

感想：人的善惡都是相對的，從不同的角度來看未必是其他人所稱之的善與惡。

這個extra strong的傢伙是DC的超人嗎？
