昨天的路跑照片

這是第一次小柿子參加路跑
也是第一次跑這麼長的距離
((拿到背號的時候小驚訝了一下NO.0001
之前練習的時候距離一直都是10~12KM固定
最遠也只練習過16KM
所以在開跑之前一直心荒荒的
不確定自己跑得如何,能不能跑完

也因為第一次跑完全沒什麼經驗
儘管看了很多關於配速的文章
但還是在最後18公里處遇到了撞牆期
看著本來速度差不多的跑者
一個一個遠去
卻沒辦法再正常的舉步向前
((內心真是有點小崩潰的
只能放緩腳步一步一步往前踏
所幸最後勉強有達到2HR內的成績
最後排名的部分
((一直還沒等到官網的成績出來
加上完全沒經驗跑完根本不知道要幹嘛
除了做賽後拉筋緩解肌肉也不知道去哪邊打印成績
((錯過前面人潮比較少的時間
後來同行因為跑完還要上班加上排隊太多人就趕緊離開了

舒緩個幾天要加緊練習了
想要報名2018後半年的田中全馬

((不知道能不能報名成功,聽說不好報
((這次設定目標3.5小時跑完全馬
((好像還有很大的空間要進步

原來我至少有一個朋友！
