How do you feel about net neutrality?
It's my first time hearing about this word, so I watched the whole video and googled it afterwards. It seems a pretty important topic. Without net neutrality, network providers can decide what information the consumers can receive and will make the poor poorer. I even noticed that the US has canceled the rule of net neutrality last year. It is terrible if we lose our options when we try to get the info. I think I will pay more attention to this issue from today on. Thanks, Cyndi.

我覺得某種程度上我好像被坑了。單是身為一個想來購買他們家食物的顧客，我覺得漢堡王這樣做是在濫用他們的權力。他們在一夜之間就改變了他們的銷售政策。我沒想過居然區區一個「華堡」就可以讓我見識到「網路中立性」。
【心得】老闆應該是窮得只剩下錢了，才敢這樣玩顧客和員工吧!?(我覺得員工被顧客罵的機率應該是95%，另外5%應該是被爆怒的顧客攻擊> <，如果在美國，可能還要穿戴安全帽和防彈衣，不然碰到帶槍的就GG了!!!)

感覺有點像買廉航，大家排了長長的隊伍等待check-in，然後看到旁邊的櫃檯有一個花了你兩三倍價格的好野人不用排隊直接完成手續…
不過這時候我們似乎也不會抱怨check-in服務的中立性…
