回家計算一下熱量大約有1500大卡吧
到晚上都不敢吃東西了(乂☉ｪ☉=)
補償性的跳了一下30分鐘的操
一點都不餓 不過還是吃了點水果
減重第二天 這條路有點艱難啊～
