今天講憂鬱啊！唉，之前家人就有從憂鬱症走出來的經驗，沒有依靠藥物。我只能說這真的不容易啊！

今天有好幾個字需要用假動作帶過的：
sadness [ˋsædnɪs]
inherently [ɪnˋhɪrəntlɪ]
disappointment [͵dɪsəˋpɔɪntmənt]

今天居然沒有NG，一次錄完耶！真是太幸運了。

■species [ˋspiʃiz] (n.) [C] 種類(單複數都長一樣)
■inherently [ɪnˋhɪrəntlɪ] (adv.) 固有地；天性地
Melancholy is a species of sadness that arises when we're open to the fact that life is inherently difficult, and that suffering and disappointment are core parts of universal experience.
「憂傷」是一種悲傷的形式。當我們坦然接受事實，承認「人生本來就是很辛苦的」而且「苦難與失望是最主要而普遍的經歷」時，就會感到憂傷。
