Hello, VoiceTubers. This is Nina, and you're listening to the Pronunciation Challenge. How was your week going so far? As the summer comes, many people have begun losing weight to fit in their shorts or swimming suits. Talking about losing weight, we all know that calories matter. Many diet fads are very specific about what you should eat, but few of them talk about when you should eat. One research found that when the caloric intake and amount of exercise of two groups of people were the same, those who ate their largest meal before three p.m lost more weight than those who ate after. What makes the difference? Does the time of eating matter when you want to lose weight? Let's watch today's video to find out the answer!

And today’s sentence is…

Sentence

When we first evolved, food wasn’t readily available in refrigerators when we woke up.
在人類進化過程初期,我們並不是一醒來就可以輕而易舉地從冰箱裡拿到食物。

3. available (adj.) [əˋveləb!] /əˈveɪ.lə.bəl/
able to be bought or used
可獲得的;可用的
Eg. This article is now available on the website.
現在在網站上可以取得這篇文章。

Alright, that's all for today's episode. There are a lot of ways to lose weight. Some believe you should cut out carbs in your diet to stay fit; others believe that exercise is the most important thing to do when it comes to managing weight. After watching today's video, we got another tip to help us stay slim. So, if you're interested in managing your weight, maybe you could give it a try. But we must know that finding a healthy way to lose weight is crucial, and weight loss is not the answer to every health problem. So, if you are happy about your figure, perhaps you could focus on improving your health instead of losing weight. Okay. Hope you enjoyed today's content. I'm Nina. See you next time.
