Accordingly, in Cuba, there’s no competitiveness, no concepts of customer service, no commercial advertisements. However, as the country’s financial crisis gradually exists, their government is forced to open up the market, permitting a small number of civilians to be self-employed. government: three syllables with the stress on the first one. "go" sounds like "ga", "er" is a /ɚ/ sound, and then put the /v/, /n/ before and after it, making is "vern". Lastly, the vowel in "ment" is a schwa /mənt/. Bring them together, "go-vern-ment".

Around 40 pesos have to be handed over to the government every month per room. Furthermore, the government levies taxes at the end of each year, and it’s about 10% of your annual turnover. A Cuban woman states that the income of an accountant working in the bank is 40 pesos a month, but she can earn 200 pesos from CASA a month. Intending to develop tourism but not being able to build hotels and villas, the Cuban government in any way is the biggest winner.
