I always thought that I was wired when I was young. ‘Cause at that time, most of my friends had experienced a nosebleed except me. So, I don’t really have any personal nosebleed, sorry that I can’t share with you guys, but I have one from my friend Victoria. So, she said that she had nosebleed 5 days a week when she was a kid, and sometimes she would just sneeze out blood. And she even left her bloody masterpiece(傑作) on her old house wall and she said it’s beautiful. I mean, yeah, Victoria, that’s awesome. Anyways, if you are the kind of person who gets a nosebleed a lot, make sure you watch today’s video, it might be really helpful to you. But before that, let’s start with today’s sentence first. “So, when this area is irritated by either a vigorous blow or a roaming finger, some of the blood vessels may break.”

blow (n.)（用拳頭或武器的）重撃

1. irritate [ˋɪrə͵tet ] (v.) 使發炎；激怒 It means to make a part of your body sore or painful. *Don't drink coffee on an empty stomach(空腹), it may irritate(使發炎) your stomach. An empty stomach means there’s nothing like no food in your stomach. So don’t drink coffee before you eat anything, it might hurt your stomach. And besides the meaning of making your body sore or painful, it is more commonly to use as the meaning of making someone angry or annoyed. *What he did really irritated(v.激怒) me. So it means that what he did really made me angry.

2. vigorous [ˋvɪgərəs] (adj.) 激烈的；強烈 There are also other similar words like virus, dangerous. They all end with “rous”. Vigorous is an adjective, and its meaning is very forceful or energetic. And the sentence here I think many of you may have experienced before. *The doctor said you shouldn't do any vigorous exercise for a month. When the doctor says you cannot do any vigorous exercise, that means you can’t do exercise that is too energetic like basketball or you know, running and etc.

3. vessel [ˋvɛs!] (n.) 血管；船，容器 It means a tube that carries liquids such as blood through the body. And vessel also means ship or container. *I always have trouble when getting an injection because the nurses can't find my vessels. Injection means to put a liquid, especially a drug like medicine into a person's body using a needle. And this situation happens a lot on my friend, so she doesn’t like to get any injection because it takes a lot of time. Do you guys hate injections, too?

Alright guys, that’s it. So, when you have a nosebleed, make sure you lean(v.傾身) forward, otherwise you would drink your own blood, and that is really gross, unless you like to drink blood. And make sure to keep you fingers away from your nostrils([ˋnɑstrɪl]鼻孔). 最近都沒有上來voicetube，即便有，也只是草草錄個音，敷衍了事。

剛換新工作一周，感覺工作壓力真的太大了，大到我不知道該怎麼面對，回到家不想看電腦，不想學英文，就連最愛的唱歌也不想。

第一次做企劃，沒有經驗，很多東西都不會，同事以為你會，一直丟東西給你，但東西丟過來，做出來的東西，都被打槍(不知道怎樣做PPT提案，腦袋卡住，沒有點子)

自己常常擔任鼓勵別人的角色，但當自己遇到了，才知道
這是多麼難的一件事

下周開始六日也要加班，希望自己可以挺住。
