與其把焦點放在其他人的看法上或因為擔心他們會怎麼想而感到難受，不如把焦點放在你究竟有沒有遵照自己所認同的價值去活。
【心得】人難免會想要別人的認同，但如果是強迫自己去迎合他人，長久下來只會內傷。花時間去瞭解自己所認同的價值是啥真的挺重要的。
