May I ask why it is "everything's" not "everything"?

It's good to escape from the city life for a while! Now I feel stressed by my job and think I don't have much free time to do what I want let alone relaxing, so if I can go to the mountains and live in a cabin for like a week, it will definitely be a wonderful experience.
