之前練習好幾次都不太敢上傳，這次鼓起勇氣上傳了！

開始練重訓三個月了，這個月突然感到很容易疲累，睡很飽還是想睡，這禮拜開始調整，重訓完補充豆花、每天早餐也都記得吃，疲倦感明顯改善了許多，精神也好很多！不管水份、睡眠要夠，飲食定時也很重要啊~
