【心得】先想好一些可以轉移自己焦點的事情，當自己在快要有跡象進入鬼打牆循環前就比較容易能夠即時踩煞車，轉去做這些比較不傷腦的事。(工作得很累很煩躁時，不時會想一下如果中了大樂透頭彩要怎麼花，這樣算不算是「想太多」呢?!這種「想太多」應該也算是種轉移焦點的抒壓方式:p 但明明就沒買，是要怎麼中不過啦!XD)

I am an inherent overthinker. So once I get into the mode of overthinking, I have to quickly switch to other tasks so that I can be distracted. And it WORKS!

第一次的口說挑戰
真的好累，很多時候自己會想太多，進入旁人無法理解的鬼打牆狀態，但過了一陣子，一個念頭冒出來或是轉個念，又發現事情其實沒有那麼糟糕。做就對了！
想學好英文，每天練習就對了！

我一開始工作時也常常陷入自責的迴圈，覺得是不是自己不夠會講所以人選才不願意來面試。
後來發現對於找工作沒有態度的人，你講再多都是枉費。
