Happy Monday! Though, it’s quite hard to be happy on Mondays. I know it all too well(眾所周知), especially since this week Monday means that I have to face a horrible week of midterm exam. Anyways, how was your weekend? Did you guys make the most of your time napping in bed to make-up all your energy you lost of the past week? Or did you finally have time to catch up with your favorite television series? Doing these things sounds like an ideal weekend, doesn’t it?
However, according to today’s video, we should spend less time napping and watching TV if you want to win at the game of life. Instead, we should just spend our free time exercising, reading, meditating, and pursuing hobbies. Wanna know why? Go check today’s video to find out more. I also agreed that passion is really important. And it leads us through our lives. Although, many of you may already be working at a job you may not like, you can still make time for your hobbies to make yourselves happier. I feel like lately I’ve been swamped(淹沒) by school and work, and I hardly have time and energy to do what I enjoy doing. Maybe I should try the four things in today’s video. Make more time for myself and hopefully make my life better.

昨天 Helena 要我們介紹一下臺灣的特色，我覺得寫這個蠻有趣的。 身為台灣人，不可不知台灣事。 去查了一下才發現原來外國人眼中的台灣景點是這個樣子。 ------------------------------------------------------------------ Besides the Night Markets, there are much more tourist attractions that are worth going in this small island.
If you are interested in overlooking the whole Taipei City with bird's-eye view, you gotta try the one-time tallest building in Taiwan - Taipei 101 Although it may no longer be a record holder, it still worths a visit considering its impressive sights and location.
Or you are a fan of historical or artistic sites, you might be attracted to these 2.
1.National Palace Museum - a home to one of the largest collections of Chinese imperial artifacts, which offers an overview of China's past. Thousands of displayed items were rescued (or you can say robbed, it all depends on your perspective or ideology) by Chiang Kai-Shek's government while they were defeated by CPC(中囯共產党) and fled to Taiwan during the cultural revolution. (Indeed, they are helpers in terms of conserving/preserving of these historical artifacts.)
2.Rainbow Village - located in the central city, Taichung, the colourful neighbourhood were transformed into a collection of art and creation from ex-military village by the local Huang Yung-Fu. He said that the village had yet to finish.
Finally, if you are a fan of natural scenery, there are a few places to visit in Taiwan.
1. Taroko Gorge Tired of bustle and hustle of city and want to take a break? Then you must come to Taroko Gorge! Taroko National Park lies in a tranquil east county of the island- Hualien. A couple of hours' train ride from Taipei, and you visit the home to one of well-liked natural wonders in Taiwan. Take a trail to the Eternal Spring Shrine【註】and get ready to the breathtaking and stunning waterfall.

2.Penghu

There are even more places to go in Taiwan, and I can only make a short list.
