… It’s an awesome day for you but not a very awesome day for me. So as you can hear, my voice is mess-up and I’m pretty sick because of all that pressure from life and everything, and I have a fever. So to cut to the chase(追逐), let’s check out today’s video, What If You Never Got Out Of Bed. I know a lot of times when you wake up in the morning, you’re just so tired and you would ask yourself, what if I never get out of bed. Just like don’t do anything, just stay in bed. Sounds appealing, but as you know, it’s not good for your health, it’s bad. So let’s check out today’s video and learn a little bit more about this topic 吧. Okay, now it’s time for our sentence of the day, here we go. “For every week in bed, you lose about 1% of your bone destiny, making your bones more brittle and easy to fracture.”
