死胖子死回來了。最近很忙就偷懶沒來錄，太墮落了這樣不行，反省反省。在達成了連續60天上健身房的目標後我也開始偷懶，變成了隔一天再上。這樣不行啊。懈怠是墮落的開始，再不改進過一陣子就會變成隔兩天、隔三天、最後就整個塞呦娜拉了。
為了再給自己找個目標，也要激勵一下自己繼續堅持減重。趁接下來沒這麼忙，還有春節休假期間，我要把目前學到的減重知識整理起來跟大家分享。可能寫部落格或做影片吧，反正我就要先預告。這樣才能給我這個懶鬼壓力。大家有興趣的話還請留言用力催促我。
