I have a morning routine we have here now for the very first time in my new apartment hit and I, we are not morning people.

She used to take like five hours to finish a meal, but ever since I switched over to this sort of diet, she loves her.

I'm also going to be making myself a very quick breakfast.

So I got these containers and I'm just gonna fill them up with water.
