Theymustthink I'm insanebecauseastheycomedowninthemorningtogettheirbikestoGotowork, theyfindthiscrazyguyrowingin a storageunit, asyoudofor a whilenow, I'vebeenverybadwitheating.
And I noticedoverallfeelingbetterbecause I wasmorefullthroughouttheday.
However, I getsupersluggishaftereating, sogettingmyselftothegymstraightafterbreakfastisnevereasy.
I'vebeenworkingoutnowforabout 10 years, andlately I'vebeendoingitaround 8 a.m. Sothiswasn't toodifferentfromthat, since I'm not a Hollywoodmoviestar.
Yet I decidedthatwhenhewouldbeonsetfilmingsomemovie, I wouldinsteadbeworkingonmyownprojects.
And I kindoftookthisweekasanopportunitytotrytomaximizemyoutputandgetasmuchdoneas I possiblycould, andsoessentiallymade a listofallthethingsthat I wantedtogetdonethisweekandthaticeloadedthatintotheavailabletimesinmyGooglecalendar.
Andlet's justsayitdidn't goaccordingtoplan.

Towardstheendoftheweekafter I'd hadmysecondmealaround 9 a.m. I wasdeadtired, so I wouldoftenendupprocrastinatinguntilabout 10 or 11 a.m. andthen I hadtoeatagain.
Themainthingformeafterfollowingtherockschedulefor a weekisthat I feltlike I usedup a lotofmyenergyintheearlymornings, andthen I waslefttryingtorecoverfromthatmajorenergyexpenditurethroughouttherestoftheday, and I neverreallydid, whichmeantthat I felt a lotlessproductiveoverall.
Andkeepinmindthatduringthisweek I waseatingwaymorethan I wouldnormallyeat.
Andif I hadn't donethat, I don't evenknowif I wouldhavebeenabletofunctiongettingupatfour o'clockinthemorningeverydaybeforeanybodyelse.
It's a greatfeelingtogetinthegyminthemorning, set a goalandleavethegymknowingyouaccomplishedit.
