What’s up, guys? Have you ever wondered why bad habits are so easy to make yet so hard to break? Like, it’s so easy to get addicted to phones, but if you ask me to break my phone addiction, there’s no way I can do it. Seriously. Besides that, it’s also difficult to develop good habits, like getting up early, exercising regularly, reading every day, and things like that.
