Today we’re hearing from an ex-Navy SEAL, Jocko Willink. For those who are not familiar with the SEALs, it’s a major special force in the U.S. military system. So, yeah, this dude probably has experienced a lot more than any of us ever will in our lifetime, and somehow he still managed to pull through. So if you need your daily dosage of motivation and inspiration, you’ve come to the right place!
