【心得】身體出了點毛病，週六早上去看了醫生治療，之後還要再回診治療，幸虧沒啥大礙，但預計接下來約有3個月都不能激烈運動(緩和的走路還行) ，目前感覺應該是不至於影響到正常工作，但身體有病痛就是種折騰啊> <。大家都要好好保養身體喔!

2019的下半年確實過得蠻急躁的，就像主持人說的，覺得需要知道所有事情、學很多東西，但往往讓自己更措手不及，最後沒辦法好好做一件事情，希望2020能夠放慢腳步，專注在最重要的事情就好！
