我覺得.......唯一問題是別讓自己不健康就好Q^Q，如果太胖或是太瘦會容易引起一些疾病，那我覺得應該自己注意。
當然，也有某些疾病會引起身體出問題，所以一切就是看各人狀況吧~

其實我覺得也還好欸
反正現代人連生存慾望都快沒有了，遑論生育能力摟 haha
久了就會發現外在都是第一印象罷了，雖然也顯示這個人對於自己重不重視品牌（如果把外在當成品牌經營的話），卻也發現有些是「金玉其外，敗絮其中」的。
