今天的錄音太有趣了，最近每天都很期待會聽到什麼超展開的故事，謝謝 Winnie。然後結尾的音樂很有意思，所以也借來放在錄音的結尾...XDDD

還有，聽到一個bug，不知道 Winnie 是不是故意的，還是講得太忘我，大概在1分14秒左右：

歡迎來到柿吃時間

今天要介紹臺中的一間日式料理店-森川丼丼
位於台中市北區梅亭街214號
(靠近臺中北區運動中心~小柿子都在這打羽球)
(PS.這羽球場好貴,但就是冷氣比較強一點)

森川丼丼
因為禮拜六太多人現場候位
(約莫等20分鐘)
就去附近逛逛
發現附近還有很多小攤販跟飲料店
(以後有吃再說~)

6人共點了6個丼3碗湯
21貫壽司1個野鰻握壽司
總金額2,895 免服務費

一份丼飯均價大約是280~320
(也有比較便宜跟比較高單價的)
跟其他日式料理比較起來
價格差不多
但是吃起來感覺有差上不少

小柿子點的是炙燒鮭魚肚丼(280)
跟
有小吃一口或者一貫的
野鰻握壽司,比目魚壽司,炙燒鮭魚肚壽司,炙燒鮭魚起司花捲,蛋蛋的幸福

炙燒鮭魚肚的口感非常的棒!!
即使他切的厚度是比較厚的
但不會吃起來難咀嚼
油脂也不會吃起來很膩口
非常的推!

比目魚壽司也是很值得嘗試的
真的可以感覺入口即化又品嘗到後勁的香氣
這道是小柿子朋友怕生也敢吃的

炙燒鮭魚起司花捲
雖然是花捲
但不像仿間的花捲
花捲外面有起司的包裹
上面多上一片的鮭魚片添加了香氣跟油脂
魚卵的小脆口感
最上層跟裡面食蔬增加口感的多層次

蛋蛋的幸福
這個是滑蛋味噌湯
是朋友想要吃茶碗蒸但是點錯的
如果吃比較淡的口味的朋友可能會覺得比較偏鹹
(非台式口味的意思)
加上滑蛋在湯裡面讓喝起來很順口

覺得油膩了旁邊也有無糖熱麥茶可以喝
服務也很棒~~




如果硬要挑出缺點

1.
大概就是他們的魚都是自己處理的
所以野鰻握壽司 跟 鮮魚味噌湯
有幾根沒有處理到的小刺
(如果有帶小朋友去吃要小心一下)

2.
因為是現點現做加上現場很多人
所以料理時間等候大約是30分鐘
但是餐跟餐間隔非常短幾乎是接連著上的
不會有人看著其他人吃的狀況發生
(其實挺加分的啦)
