If you feel a sudden urge to eat snacks, we call that a snack attack.
*I feel so guilty cause I had a snack attack last night.

#泡麵更罪惡... That way? No way! It doesn't work at all! At midnight, if I have any instant noddles in the cupboard, I will get them out, tear them down, pour in water and eat them all, plus a burp; and regret doing so right away.
