要是我們肺部的形狀真的像氣球一樣的話，那些沒有跟氣球內層表面直接接觸的空氣就沒有辦法滲透進來了。幸好，(事實並非如此，)我們肺部的結構能夠確保僅有極少量的氧氣會被浪費掉。
【心得】呼吸原來那麼複雜啊!!如果只是加快呼吸，然後身體不動，會不會達到有氧運動的效果啊～(人懶還想異想天開:P)
