Allow your eyes to comfortably close
Softly sit back into the arms of the present moment
And let it support you
Lean back into this support
The present moment asks nothing of you, demands nothing from you
It accepts you exactly as you are right now
Feel the surface beneath your body
Surrender any holdings to it
And let the stuff of doing flow out of you and away
Exhale, and let it flow out of you
Out of your mind
Out of your body
And allow a space to open up around you that’s just for you
Stay here a while and lean back into the arms of the present moment
As you say the words:
“It’s ok to be just as I am, in this moment”
“I am enough”
“I am more than enough"
“I am greatly loved”
“I am supported”
“All is well”
“All will be well”
Sense the natural world around you with its miraculous cycles of rebirth and renewal
The skies above and horizons stretching into the distance all around you
Let it remind you of your own innate capacity for renewal and of the vastness and beauty of your own essence
You are a child of the universe – made of the same stuff as the stars!
Appreciate the beauty in the universe around you – thank it for giving you life
Thank the ground beneath you for its steadiness
Thank the sky above you for its spaciousness
Thank the sun for its light and warmth
Thank the air for giving you breath
Thank the creativity of nature for its inspiration
Thank anything else that feels right
And appreciate yourself
Thank yourself for just being you
