  • My channel and welcome to the Siri's.

  • I'm so, so, so excited to bring you this lane booking Siri's Because not only is this going to be just very exciting and a new goal personally for me, but also to be able to share this journey with you guys and really, really show you how to lean work correctly, how you should be eating, how you should be training, how you should be doing cardio If you're new to my channel.

  • Welcome.

  • And so I'm going to be diving into personally what I'm gonna be doing as far as my training goes, as far as my nutrition is gonna look like my cardio stuff like that and I do just want to make this disclaimer, you guys, your nutrition is going to be extremely different.

  • Even if you are lean booking Everybody is super different genetically, which plays into your metabolism, all of those things.

  • So I'm not personally going to give you my guys give you my guts.

  • I'm not personally gonna be giving you guys my Mac Rose just yet.

  • But I will be explaining to you guys like what mackerels are in stuff like that going forward.

  • So getting into what exactly I'm gonna be doing, I will not be cutting weights.

  • But what I will be doing is re comping, which is regaining back muscle that I have definitely lost over the past couple of years because I have been very inconsistent with my nutrition and nutrition.

  • I always say this is 80% of any kind of results.

  • You're going to see you guys if you're trying to cut weight if you're trying to put on muscle, if you're trying to get stronger, your nutrition is gonna be 80% of what those results look like.

  • So for me, in my lead walking state, what I'm really going to be focusing on is packing on more muscle, regaining back the muscle that I have definitely lost due to the lack of my nutrition.

  • But I will be maintaining this is going to be an experiment personally for myself because I've never really scene where my maintenance macros are, which means the amount of the amount of calories that you're going to be eating in order to maintain your weight.

  • So how many days a week I'm going to be training?

  • I'm going to be in the gym five days a week.

  • The more frequently here in there, the more progress you're going to get on.

  • And I'm gonna be doing to lower body days and three upper body days.

  • So I'm gonna be in the gym five days a week, Straight training, you know, focusing on heavy days, focusing on more higher rip liar.

  • Wait days.

  • What my cardio is gonna look like my cardio is gonna be very, very minimal.

  • All I'm trying to do is maintain my weights and pack on muscle.

  • Right.

  • So you don't want to be doing too much cardio on and it's gonna be, you know, between I love running outside so I'll do that.

  • Keeps cardio fun, then also the stair climber, and probably sometimes sprints on beat shredded, and I'm only going to be burning like 150 calories of 100.

  • I'm only gonna be burning 150 calories, probably three or four days a week.

  • And then by Mac Rose, which is when you count your protein carbs and fat.

  • This is how I have personally dieted through all my preparations for competitions.

  • And still to this day, it's the best, most flexible, sustainable way of dieting.

  • Keeps it fun, helps you to build an amazing relationship with food.

  • Especially if you're somebody who struggles with emotionally eating like highly recommended, um, County Macronutrients.

  • So I'm not gonna give you guys a macro is just yet, but that's what I'm gonna be doing is counting my intake of protein, fat and carbs.

  • Everyone's different.

  • So here's a little update of my physique.

  • I woke up this morning and I weighed myself.

  • I usually fluctuate between 1 37 and 11 41.

  • Wait, this morning was 1 40.4 on.

  • This is what my physique currently looks like.

  • Right now.

  • It's gonna be interesting to see my body composition change.

  • I feel currently right now that I definitely look like skinny fat, which I still impressively obtain, still maintain muscle.

  • It's definitely because I have been going to the gym, but that also has been inconsistent.

  • Everything's just kind of been inconsistent.

  • I haven't been on a restrictive, serious regimen that I've been committed to to be honest with you guys, I will be doing this lean book for two months.

  • Then after that two month point is when I'm gonna dictate if I'm going to do it for another month or so, Uh, and so it's gonna be very interesting to see how my about it currently is and what my re composition looks like.

  • A ce faras.

  • Just my glutes could be so much tighter.

  • Um, you know, I feel like my stomach area could be so much tighter as well.

  • My arms I'm really looking forward to bringing them up.

  • Well, I just think like chiseled stacked arms on woman.

  • It's sexy, in my opinion.

  • And then, in order to really, really measure how much lean muscle that I'm putting on, potentially, I might unintentionally lose some body fat just because with working out, um, you don't muscle so fat does not turn into muscle, you lose the fat, and then you build muscle a Texas scan soon here, in order to really accurately measure how much muscle I do put on how much, much muscle I do comp and then also potentially may lose some body fat.

  • So what a Dex is scan, and it looked it up just to know exactly what it does.

  • And I should kind of nervous to do it because I've never did one.

  • It determines the body composition, such as percentage of lean muscle and fat.

  • So we're gonna be getting my accurate like, like muscle and lean muscle, and then also my body fat percentage.

  • So yeah, so I will be getting a Texas can soon.

  • Here in one of these upcoming videos, a part of the Siri's excited to take you along with me to show you exactly how to lean bulk correctly because there is a science behind it.

  • In order to do it correctly, is gonna conclude this video into the next one, which I'm super super excited about.
