Consolidation, rebuilding.

Some people expected the top six, so people are going to feel very differently.

The one about the championship out outfitters, you know, taking in consideration the new manager coming in and with the off field problems that we've got as well idea, like fishing.

The main thing, uh, what we try to build it, said Derby County model.

They go through all the age groups, makes his steps.

What kind of physical loads that we give the players?

What do we expect from the mental aspect off players on DDE?

So we make a plan like first team.

But there's also that the business side of it, it's a It's a cheaper way to do it quite a lucrative way to do it as well.

I mean, I think it's very exciting to think that for the first time in a long while, that seems to be, uh, ah, lot more thought going into the process that we're not just thinking about the first team.

It is about those players coming through.

We've got a fantastic academy, Great facilities down there.

But in the last five or six years, we're not seeing enough of those players, comes through the first team or even be available for selection for the first team squad.

Jane Bogle is the is the exception there, obviously, with Philip Kaku, one of the one of the advantages of him and one of the things that appeal to Mel Maurice, I presume, is the fact that the Dutch model is there and that they depend on that, whether it's I axel, whether it's PSB, where Philip Kaku Waas, you've got to bring those plans through because A they complain the first team.

But secondly, when they reach a certain point there, sellable value is enormous.

There's a lot of talent already.

We watch it regularly.

Shame with the 19 to the 18 and 20 threes and the likes of Jason Night Morgan particular.

Recently, you've been in and around the first team already this season.

But as we've heard from manager, it's about trying to make sure the transitions as smooth as possible.

I think to have someone like the manager of the football club to be involved, you know, with down to the nines open to the first team is very special and I only just being involved, actually making decisions of making plans on how they and what they should be doing.

So for him to be going in and speaking to them, you know that that is unheard off.

Hopefully, that will question all the rumors are flying around as well.

It's a good times, but Darby County, with the important thing, is as well that probably what's happened in the past, I'm sure, is that a player that is really good at under 1718 under 19 level then gets his chance in the first team on the style of football is completely alien to them, so they've got no chance.

They've got all that that built up energy and nerves that are there before them.

When they make their first team debut, they come into the game and they think, Well, this isn't our urine For the last 567 years, I've got no chance.

So the theory is, is that when they step into the first team, they're playing a familiar start your plan.

Exactly where you play the under 19 you're on the left down side of midfield.
