One of those was the new project from Maxwell Kelowna Dashwood called Peak Water.

Now this is a water treatment jug similar to kind of Britta water filters designed specifically for coffee.

And that's kind of a big deal, because in London there's not much in the way of a good solution.

I won't go too much into detail about why water chemistry is important.

I would probably recommend checking out Maxwell's book and and listening to some of the talks he's given out there.

But ultimately, if we could get it into a water jug, it's really rudimentary thing that lost people having their homes around the world way could make it adjustable on if I could make that copy that what it is, effectively, a brighter.

The whole beginning of the water project was recognizing it wasn't even recognizing it was going Okay, so we've got a problem.

Coffee doesn't taste how we want it to.

The person who wrote this copy doesn't think it tastes how it should.

Either way.

Both tested our water test TDs.

And actually, the TDs doesn't really tell us what's in the water.

But ultimately, or just the alkalinity on, then we've basically separated treatment into three chambers.

So we've got the carbon, which you mentioned before it's gonna get rid of things like chlorine, organic compounds, anything we don't really want.

Everybody kind of agrees.

You need carbon so all the water goes through the carbon on way, created these maze systems were calling baffles or filter may systems all these different things on it means that all the water is forced to to find its way through all of the carbon before it gets out.

The other side problem with.

It's a bit like, you know, when a pore over you would have you have that same problem with the water filter.
