  • cause of the 19 eighties.

  • Corey Feldman starting movie classics like Stand by May, The Goonies and The Lost Boys pairing up for that one with the light Cory Hein.

  • But behind the scenes, there was a sordid and shocking secret.

  • For years now, Corey Feldman has been speaking out about the abuse that Hay and Corey Haim suffered by what he describes as a ring of pedophiles made up of powerful Hollywood executives.

  • Next month, Corey says he will be naming he's abuses in a new documentary, and Cory joins us this morning from L.

  • A.

  • Welcome to the show, Corey.

  • Thanks so much.

  • Morning.

  • How are you, Tosh?

  • Really bonding Cute.

  • Weiqing, good to see you.

  • Oh, I do want to correct you on one thing early this morning.

  • And I'm sorry to correct a woman and her own show.

  • It's terrible manners, especially when I'm coming all the way from American where already known for not being so polite.

  • But that said, um actually, I never did say that I was going to name a bunch of powerful executives.

  • That is a misconstrued message that has been spun by the media.

  • But if you actually go back to what I said at the time that I made my original announcement on that original YouTube video.

  • What I said was that I was going to be exposing the people that did the things to me and to my best friend, and that there was a ring of at least six people who all had various positions within the entertainment industry.

  • So I never said anything about powerful executives.

  • That's something that got blown out of proportion.

  • But the bottom line is they they're there at all levels.

  • And just like any of the other situations where you see profound amount of child abuse within institutions, whether it be the church, whether it be within sports, you know, whether it be within the acting community, it doesn't really matter that it's in all facets of life anywhere where there's kids, if their schools, if there's religious sects, wherever it is, they're there's going to be abusive Children, and it's about whether we're acknowledging that abuse and doing something about it, or whether we're turning the other way and right now is a time of reckoning on this planet where all of us must stand together for the sake of our Children and start to recognize that this is a reality.

  • This is what's going on, and it's time to expose it, acknowledge it and do something about it to prevent it from continuing new laws, new legislation, new protection for our Children were calling it the Children's rights movement, and it's called kids, too.

  • So it's a Capital K with it, too.

  • But that's what it's all about, and the movie is very exciting.

  • It's finally coming.

  • After three years of working on this documentary, I can finally expose the details of the things that I've been talking about for so long, Cory beautifully said.

  • May I say it's Carrie in here?

  • And I can also financed this movie.

  • So when you go great kids, too.

  • You said that pedophilia, as you just mentioned, has been a huge problem in Hollywood and in all facets of life for a long time.

  • And while the me two victims are really getting a lot of space to tell the story, you've seemed to have been silenced.

  • But are you going to name names in this new documentary?

  • Well, I suppose you're gonna have to watch it to find out now, aren't you.

  • Uh, but I assure you that I won't let my fans down and I won't let down.

  • My best friend I promised my best friend 10 years ago on the day of this anniversary will be the 10 year anniversary of his death.

  • Unfortunately, and I promised him one year before that, one year before his death that I would tell his story if for any reason, he were to die before I waas.

  • Well, man, I made that promise, and I've kept that promise.

  • And that promise is going to come in the form of a worldwide live, global pay per view event where for the first time, people can watch the premiere of a film which will only show this one time.

  • As of now, we have no other future plans to show it.

  • It's a one time event so that everybody in Australia, everybody in America, everybody in Europe, everybody in Asia, people literally all over the globe for the first time can learn the truth, can learn the details, and I can understand that this problem is a reality and needs to be fixed big time.

  • We need to protect our Children.

  • It was speaking of your best friend yourself in Cory, home with such superstars in the eighties on, It's obviously very shocking to know that you're both suffering from abuse during that time.

  • But how soon into your Khoury did the abuse begin?

  • Well, I I suffered for many different forms of abuse.

  • I was abused as a child because I was grown in a abusive household.

  • Everybody was abused.

  • It was an abusive lineage.

  • There was a lot of abuse that went on in my family, but that said that abuse was physical and mental.

  • And then, as I got outside of the home, that's where the sexual abuse began.

  • But I also got outside of the home a lot earlier than most.

  • One of the things that pedophiles look for as a tradition is a broken home.

  • They always go after the Children that you know, come from a situation where the parents are fighting or there's disarray.

  • Or, you know, there's gonna be some uneven factor of the family that gives them the idea that the dad's not gonna be around, and they only got a, you know, deal with the mom, and a lot of times they try to buddy up with the mom.

  • There's a pattern to this, and we've seen this pattern over and over and over.

  • That's why it's so prevalent in things like the Boy Scouts of the Girl Scouts and all of that kind of stuff.

  • Because wherever you confined scattered families, you're gonna find pedophiles lurking in the dark.

  • It is sorry, trick or and you've been extraordinarily courageous and often a lone voice in standing up for this stuff.

  • It's impossible to believe, but you are.

  • You are now a father yourself.

  • You have a teenage son, Zen.

  • Are you worried about him?

  • Rich?

  • And he's experiencing the world, particularly in show business and Hollywood and being exposed to that sort of stuff that dragged you down.

  • You know what I have to say?

  • I'm so proud.

  • My son is almost 16 years old.

  • He's basically passed the age of where I started getting molested.

  • Thank God and he's almost out of the woods.

  • But on top of it, the difference between the two of us is that he's never been in the entertainment business.

  • He does like to wrap a little bit.

  • I've had him in the studio I produced in music for him, but he's never once been in front of a camera on a movie set.

  • That's not gonna happen until he's a least 18 and if he chooses to do that at 18 I'll support him 100%.

  • He's got another two years to make it, But we've had, Ah, great success just having a normal childhood for him.

  • He's living a very normal life.

  • He's been out of the limelight.

  • I never even put pictures of on Facebook, uh, let alone put him on a red carpet until he was 14 years old.

  • Nobody even knew what he looked like, and he's a beautiful kid.

  • But I did it on purpose because I wanted him to have every opportunity to live a normal life and not get sucked into that Cory you mentioned earlier.

  • One of the most able things about pedophiles is often they choose broken kids.

  • To start with on.

  • That makes it even more horrific.

  • In regards to your documentary, you say that the cape to issue in Hollywood is actually worse than me to, and often these situations involve cover ups at the highest level.

  • Is that going to be exposed in your documentary as well.

  • Well, uh, there's only so far that I'm going to go in my documentaries for is, uh, you know, highest level cover ups and stuff like that.

  • God knows there's always gonna be another level up, right?

  • I mean, we've learned that through history, on many things, what I'm hoping for is this film exposes enough certainly to start investigations were here, too.

  • Lay it out for you so that you can understand in the film.

  • Lookit these aerial things that are going on.

  • They were going on before, and they're still going on today.

  • And there's laws that are being changed so that we can help protect Children of the future we helped change.

  • I'm now ambassador for an organization called Child U.

  • S.

  • A.

  • We helped to change to different states laws this year.

  • Ah, one was in New York.

  • Which is why you saw Jeffrey Epstein and R.

  • Kelly indicted because the Child Victims Act in New York helped bring all these cases forward so that they could come back and tell their stories and bring charges against them years after some of the crimes were committed.

  • Same thing happened in California.

  • This year we got one past where we pushed the statute to 45 years old and then, additionally, we also were able to open a three year window.

  • And what that means is, during a three year window, cases which were prior to 2017 for the first time in history were able to come back and actually try to bring civil cases against their abusers.

  • We haven't gotten to the point of criminal cases yet, but that's a place that I'd like to see us get across the board in America.

  • I don't know how the rules our in laws are in Australia, but this is how it is in America.

  • And it's definitely something that's worth fighting for absolutely.

  • And for more information on Corey Feldman's documentary My Truth.

  • The Ripe of Two Coreys, you can hit Corey Feldman dot net or follow CORI on Social media.

  • Corey, thank you so much for joining us and thank you for everything.

  • That truth doc dot com My true stock dot com He's incredible, guys.

  • Yeah, it's extraordinary that when he first started speaking out about this, it was written off as a sort of paranoid conspiracy theory and that he was just crazy because he'd been given drugs and everything is part of the abuse, and everyone's just sort of write him off.

  • Is this sort of Lauren crazy voice?

  • And then there's one thing after another has come to a lot.

  • Everything from Jeffrey abstain to a certain Hollywood film director, Onda course, the R.

  • Kelly, and it's actually all been trying to be true, so I can just imagine the frustration that the hurt that he's gone through, let's hope the truth, shouting from the rooftops and having worked talked about Hollywood since theeighties when I started television.

  • Yes, the casting couch was always well known.

  • It's now the me to movement, but also that underlying fact.

  • And those dirty little secrets often came out about the pedophilia and what others have turned the gay Mafia in Hollywood.

  • And this is exactly where I think Corey's going.

  • It's it is fantastic that he is now at the age of what, 47.

  • Yeah, but he's also you know, the most important thing is protecting our kids and extraordinary amount of totally separate Teoh guy thing.

cause of the 19 eighties.
